Lisa Moskovitz is a Weight Management, Diabetes Education, AntiAging & Sports Nutrition Specialist as well as a Nutrition Writer, Speaker & Registered Dietitian. With an extensive background in clinical nutrition and behavioral counseling she has successfully worked with thousands of New Yorkers which is evident through each of their own personal success stories. Lisa has a special talent & dedication to helping all her clients reach their “happy” weights, transform into unstoppable athletes, reduce medication dependence and overcome barriers such as emotional or disordered eating.
Lisa graduated with honors from Syracuse University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Nutrition. She honed her counseling & clinical skills through a 12 month intensive Dietetic Internship at New-York Presbyterian Hospital.

She is an active member of the American Dietetic Association (Weight Management, Behavioral Health, Diabetes Care and Education and Sports Nutrition practice groups), the Greater New York Dietetic Association, the National Lipid Association, the American Diabetes Association and the Collegiate & Professionals Sports Dietitian Association.
Lisa is one of the top interviewed dietitians for Fox 5 News and has been featured in Self, Redbook, Men’s Fitness, Men’s & Women’s Health, The NYU Doctor show, greatist.com and many other websites and publications. She provides lectures on various nutrition topics to groups throughout NYC including Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Velocity Sports Performance, New York Road Runners and Team in Training.
